Return Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, all jewellery sets that include earrings (including individual earring purchases) are non-refundable.

We offer exchange or refund on dresses and sarees, provided the item is returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in an unopened, unused condition.
Sarees must be returned in their original folding condition, without damage, stains, or any alterations.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
