Order Processing Time

All orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2 working days after purchase. During busy periods such as sales or high demand, dispatch times may be slightly longer. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes.

Delivery Address Options

If you are unlikely to be available at home, you nomay choose to have your order delivered to aonn alternative address, such as your workplace or another convenient location.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available when delivery is attempted, our courier will usually leave a notification card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.

Possible Delays

We work hard to ensure orders arrive on time; however, occasional delays may happen due to circumstances outside our control.

Right to Refuse Orders

Namish reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or repeated problematic behaviour.
